The Role
We are looking for a full-time Retail Sales Assistant (Beauty Advisor) for our Rouse Hill store. You will provide expert beauty advice, achieve sales targets, and ensure our store is welcoming and well-presented.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised skincare & makeup consultations tailored to customer needs.
- Demonstrate products, recommend suitable solutions, and use upselling skills to maximise sales.
- Work as part of the team to achieve daily sales targets.
- Keep up with the latest K-Beauty trends and participate in brand training to expand product knowledge.
- Manage stock levels and maintain attractive, well-organised displays.
- Support store events, promotions, and customer engagement activities.
- Provide outstanding customer service every day with a friendly and professional approach.
- General daily opreation such as, weekly banking, open close register daily.
About You
- 1–2 years' experience in retail sales (beauty experience highly regarded).
- Passion for beauty & skincare with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work a rotating roster (including weekends).
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and a true team player.
- Multilingual (Korean or Mandarin) is a plus.
