The Role

We are looking for a full-time Retail Sales Assistant (Beauty Advisor) for our Rouse Hill store. You will provide expert beauty advice, achieve sales targets, and ensure our store is welcoming and well-presented.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised skincare & makeup consultations tailored to customer needs.
  • Demonstrate products, recommend suitable solutions, and use upselling skills to maximise sales.
  • Work as part of the team to achieve daily sales targets.
  • Keep up with the latest K-Beauty trends and participate in brand training to expand product knowledge.
  • Manage stock levels and maintain attractive, well-organised displays.
  • Support store events, promotions, and customer engagement activities.
  • Provide outstanding customer service every day with a friendly and professional approach.
  • General daily opreation such as, weekly banking, open close register daily.

About You

  • 1–2 years' experience in retail sales (beauty experience highly regarded).
  • Passion for beauty & skincare with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster (including weekends).
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and a true team player.
  • Multilingual (Korean or Mandarin) is a plus.
