Beauty Advisor – Engadine Priceline Pharmacy (Part-Time or Full-Time)

About the Role:

Engadine Priceline Pharmacy is looking for a passionate and skilled Beauty Advisor to join our team. This exciting role can be part-time or full-time and offers the opportunity to work with an iconic retail pharmacy and beauty brand. You'll be the face of our beauty department, inspiring customers with your product knowledge, artistry, and customer-first approach.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable beauty experiences
  • Perform mini makeovers, product demonstrations, and full glam applications to showcase products
  • Drive sales in the beauty area by meeting and exceeding KPIs and targets
  • Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions
  • Maintain a visually appealing and well-stocked beauty department
  • Stay up to date with current beauty and skincare trends, new product launches, and Priceline promotions
  • Assist with in-store events and promotions to grow customer engagement in the beauty space

About You:

  • Previous experience in the beauty industry is essential (retail, salon, freelance, or cosmetic counter)
  • Skilled in make-up artistry with the ability to perform anything from natural everyday looks to full glam transformations
  • Strong sales skills with proven ability to upsell, cross-sell, and meet sales targets
  • Passionate about beauty, skincare, and wellness products with excellent product knowledge
  • Customer-focused communicator who can build rapport quickly and make customers feel confident and valued
  • Well-presented, professional, and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team in a busy retail environment
  • Flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends as required
