About the Role

We are seeking an Experienced Poultry Farm Manager to oversee the full operations of a commercial poultry farm. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a stable, long-term role with strong support and fully provided accommodation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day farm operations including flock health, shed environments, feed systems, and production performance
  • Maintain strict compliance with biosecurity, animal welfare, and OH&S regulations
  • Record and report daily farm data and performance metrics
  • Coordinate with company representatives and contractors
  • Manage bird placements, turnarounds, and catching processes
  • Conduct maintenance checks and resolve equipment issues
  • Maintain high standards of farm cleanliness and presentation

About You

  • 2–3+ years of poultry farm management experience (broiler or breeder)
  • Strong knowledge of animal welfare and best-practice farming standards
  • Ability to train and guide staff confidently
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently
  • Good communication and reporting skills
  • Physically fit and comfortable working in a farm environment
  • Current driver's licence required
  • Must be reliable, proactive, and committed to consistent operational excellence
