We are looking for a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th Year Electrical Fitting Apprentice

Are you already partway through your apprenticeship but looking for more hands-on experience, development, or exposure within the industry? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global engineering leader, known for the cranes that helped construct 9 of the world's 10 tallest buildings. You'll continue your Certificate III in Electrotechnology – Electrical Fitting while gaining practical experience assembling and testing electrical harnesses, panels, and junction boxes.

Some of Your Duties Will Include:

  • Reading electrical schematic drawings and identifying all symbols.
  • Using tools to carry out electrical work safely and accurately.
  • Building electrical harnesses according to drawings.
  • Assembling panels and junction boxes with circuit breakers, relays, terminals, PLCs, etc.
  • Preparing labels and cable markers for wiring and connections.
  • Connecting all components and testing the complete kit to ensure functionality.
  • Performing end-to-end continuity checks on connections.
  • Packing tested parts and recording what has been packed.
  • Preparing packing slips from Bills of Material and schematic drawings.
  • Taking photographs of completed items for documentation and system records.
  • Being a punctual, disciplined, and team-oriented apprentice with a positive attitude.

What You'll Need to Get Started:

  • Must be enrolled as a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year Electrical Fitting Apprentice. - working towards your Certificate III in Electrotechnology – Electrical Fitting.
  • Driver's license and own vehicle is ESSENTIAL
  • Active Listening capabilities
  • Genuine interest in electrical fitting and learning within the industry.
  • Reliable, hardworking, and eager to develop your skills.
  • Team player with good communication and attitude.
