The Role

As we continue to grow, we are on the hunt for a full time Electrician/Service Technician to assist with the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Based out of our workshop, located in Prestons NSW, this position will be responsible for supporting customer needs with excellent customer service. Regular travel will be required along with overnight stays. Overtime and on-call availability will also be necessary. Functions of the role will include the following;

  • Boiler, process heat related system maintenance and repairs.
  • Energy Audits
  • Troubleshooting.
  • Start up and performance testing.
  • Controls installation.
  • Commissioning.
  • Lowering greenhouse gas emissions and identifying the opportunities.
  • Equipment upgrades such as fuel and low NOx burner conversions

Qualifications

An Electrical trade (electrical) is essential with Gas fitting Type B experience & qualification is desirable.  You will have demonstrated maintenance experience in an industrial environment; knowledge of systems common to a continuous processing plant, and diagnostic and remedial skills of mechanical, electrical and steam plant equipment.
