The Role:

Position Overview:

As a Site Security Manager, you will lead and oversee our security operations in one site, ensuring top-tier service delivery for our corporate client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies aligned with company objectives and tailored to client needs.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationship with the client, ensuring service quality and satisfaction.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure all security site operations meet relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire our security team, championing a culture of continuous improvement and diversity.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Security Leadership Experience: Currently or recently employed as Security manager, providing security services for corporate or commercial clients.
  • Industry Expertise: Good knowledge of security management, including a strong focus on client customization and compliance.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in security technologies.
  • Outstanding Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven ability to lead diverse teams and maintain strong client relationships.
