The Role
We are seeking a passionate and reflective Certificate IIIqualified educator with a strong understanding of Circle of Security, Attachment Theory, and play-based learning environments, who is eager to bring these frameworks to life in daily practice. This role offers the exciting opportunity to engage in collaborative research and pedagogical partnerships with universities, contributing to innovative approaches in early education. A deep commitment to inclusive practices is essential, as we strive to create welcoming, equitable spaces where every child and family feels a true sense of belonging.
We are looking for a Certificate IIIqualified educator to join the service 5 days a week on Monday 3 hrs and 45 min and Tuesday to Friday 3 hrs and 10 min per day
Applicants should have:
- Australian working rights
- A current NSW Working with Children Check
- An ACECQA recognised Certificate III qualification
- Completed Child Protection Training as well as demonstrated understanding of current child safe practices
- Sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011)
- Working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Frameworks (EYLF)
