About the role

Sports Rehab is seeking a talented and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team in Horsley Park, NSW on a contract basis. As a Physiotherapist (Corporate Health and Wellness), you will play a key role in delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to our corporate clients, helping to promote employee health, wellness and productivity. This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your expertise in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for corporate clients
  2. Providing hands-on physiotherapy treatment and rehabilitation to employees, including manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription and education
  3. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care
  4. Delivering group exercise classes and health/wellness seminars to promote injury prevention and overall wellbeing
  5. Maintaining detailed client records and providing regular progress reports
  6. Actively participating in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
  2. Current unrestricted general registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  3. Minimum 2 years' experience as a Physiotherapist, preferably within a corporate or occupational health setting
  4. Professional indemnity insurance
  5. First Aid and CPR Certificate
  6. Up-to-date required immunisations in accordance with NSW Health Category A healthcare workers
  7. Proven track record of delivering effective physiotherapy treatment and rehabilitation programs
  8. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, healthcare providers and corporate stakeholders
  9. Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage a diverse workload
  10. Passion for promoting workplace health, wellness and productivity
