Civil Laborer / Roller Operator – St Lucia

Location: St Lucia

Start: Tuesday 26/08/2025

Pay: $43 - $45 per hour flat (all hours)

About the Role:

We're seeking a reliable civil laborer with experience across a variety of tasks. The role will include:

  • Roller operation
  • Driving a light vehicle water truck (no truck licence required)
  • Civil labouring duties such as spotting and fencing

There is also an option to step up as a Leading Hand, which attracts a $3/hour allowance.

What's on Offer:

  • $42/hour flat rate (all hours)
  • Minimum 3 months ongoing work for the right person
  • Strong, supportive crew environment

  • Previous civil laboring experience
