Classification grade: Clerk Grade 5/6
Salary: $99,938 - $110,271 p.a. base salary with employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading paid in addition to the base salary.
Work type: temporary full-time, 35 hours per week for up to 12 months, with a possibility of extension.
Work Location: The Crown Solicitor's Office (CSO) primary place of work is the CSO office located at 60-70 Elizabeth Street, Sydney. Please note we will be relocating to a new premises located at Parkline Place, 252 Pitt Street, Sydney in July 2026.
About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for you, a legal support professional, to join our Legal Operations team for up to 12 months. This hand-on supervision role provides frontline support for legal professionals in the provision of client focused administrative and office services support, including concierge and administrative support, to enable solicitors to deliver high quality legal services to their clients.
In addition, the role provides project support on a range of office projects and initiatives to improve service delivery or operations and meet client service delivery requirements.
The role works in close collaboration with the Manager, Legal Operations and legal support staff to deliver effective legal support services.

Essential requirements
- Demonstrated experience providing high level secretarial and administrative support in a legal office or professional services environment.
- Experience in leading and managing a team.
