Your Role

Looking to hire a Tech Lead to spearhead cutting-edge communication technologies, guide engineering teams, and shape scalable, future-ready solutions. Join us to lead innovation where tech meets strategy.

In this role you will play a key role in:

• Drive architectural decisions and ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• Oversee code quality, enforce best practices, and guide the team in adopting modern technologies.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage sprint planning, task prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Align technical initiatives with Smartcom's long-term goals and product vision.

Your Profile

• 10+ Years of IT Experience
• Minimum 3 years of Application Development work experience
• At least 8 years' (including hands-on) experience in Thunderhead/SMART Communication
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a client server environment
• Demonstrated ability for hands-on project work
• Experience with SMART Communication Batch and On-Demand/Ad-Hoc processes integrations
• Solid design, coding, testing and debugging skills Should be able to manage & guide technical teams & provide guidance by taking the lead
• Experience in Java or .Net programming and design techniques
• Solid XML and Schema experience
• Experience integrating with upstream systems and data transformation (Guidewire Insurance Suite and applicable accelerators necessary)
• Experience integrating with Document Management Systems (FileNet, Documentum, etc.)
• At least one legacy to SMART Communication migration experience
