THE ROLE...

Our showroom is a creative space where our customers explore design possibilities, and our team bring their vision to life.

As one of the most successful Beaumont Tile stores in Australia, we're looking for a game changer to take us to number one If you're ready to make an impact, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage customers in the showroom with warmth, professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Build long-term relationships with builders, contractors, designers and homeowners.
  • Drive sales by understanding your clients' needs and offering thoughtful, tailored solutions.
  • Read and interpret floor plans, elevations and construction drawings.
  • Present selections and estimates based on project specifications.
  • Manage orders, track deliveries to ensure building timelines are met.
  • Creative problem solver.
  • Follow up on leads and projects and close sales
  • Help maintain a clean, organised and inspiring showroom environment.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR...

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service roles (Tiles, flooring, cabinetry, Furniture, Bathroom ware, Paint and Wall coverings, Automotive, Real Estate, Design or Project management.
  • Proven ability to build relationships that lead to repeat and referral business.
  • Ability to read and understand floor plans and construction drawings.
  • Experience with preparing presentations and quotes.
  • Strong sense of design, colour co-ordination and spatial layout
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident problem solving
  • Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Tech Savvy.
  • Self-motivated and organised with a keen eye for detail.
