Overview

A Bit About You

  • Experience working in a customer-centric retail environment with proven exposure to customer service
  • Ability to assist with stock receival, ensuring products are unpacked in a timely manner and allocated to either refill the floor or restock the storeroom
  • Shows commitment to every customer and strives to improve their in-store experience
  • Highly personable and confident with strong interpersonal skills
  • Consultative selling experience with the ability to find the right products for customers
  • Ability to multitask and cope with changing priorities
  • Highly creative with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in a retail environment
  • Assist with stock receival and floor replenishment; manage storeroom inventory
  • Contribute to a positive in-store experience for every customer
  • Engage with customers to understand needs and recommend suitable products
  • Multitask across tasks with changing priorities while maintaining store standards

  • Experience in customer-centric retail
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Proactive, energetic, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to learn product details and apply consultative selling techniques
