This is your chance to join one of Australia's most high-performance sporting teams and take the lead on day-to-day content execution across digital, media, and fan engagement channels. From game day to media events, partner activations to merch launches, your work will be seen, shared and talked about by a national audience.

You'll be the go-to for all things digital: writing punchy copy, managing content calendars, briefing creatives, and keeping partners happy by bringing their brand to life across socials, web and email. There's also hands-on exposure to press events, photo/video shoots, PR support and membership campaigns; giving you one of the most well-rounded digital roles in the sporting space.

What you'll do

  • Run the day-to-day across digital channels: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn and their own website
  • Support game-day content, public appearances, event wrap-ups and live engagement
  • Bring fresh ideas to content planning, always pushing creative boundaries
  • Execute partner content deliverables with impact and polish
  • Assist with PR support, media days, photo/video shoots and promotional collateral
  • Design posters and assets (Adobe skills welcome—training provided if needed)
  • Report on content performance monthly, both internally and to partners

What you'll need

  • Degree or solid experience in digital marketing, communications or content
  • Strong social platform know-how and writing skills
  • A willingness to learn, pitch in and take initiative in a small team
  • Availability to travel on weekends (interstate and occasionally international)
  • Exposure to sport or entertainment marketing a plus
  • Adobe Creative Suite or Premiere Pro knowledge ideal, but not essential
