Summary:

This role provides support to the Marketing Team by assisting with day-to-day tasks that keep the brand operating efficiently. The primary focus is on supporting the Content Manager with content creation, editing, and scheduling across digital channels. The role is also responsible for assisting with website updates, blog uploads, and in-house content creation.

Role/responsibilities:

  • Assist the Content Manager with planning and creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
  • Assist the Content Manager to draft, edit, and schedule social media posts that align with our brand voice.
  • Support the execution of marketing campaigns, from setup to reporting.
  • Contribute creative ideas to content, campaigns, and engagement.
  • Assist with updating product pages and other website content
  • Edit, format, and upload blog content to the website.
  • Support in-house content creation, including photography, video, and design where required.
  • Help manage social media platforms, including uploading content and monitoring engagement.
  • Provide general support to the Marketing team across various projects and initiatives.

Desired Skills:

  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest) and their scheduling tools.
  • Understanding of content creation, editing, and formatting for digital channels.
  • Some graphic design skills and can use Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
  • Some video editing skills and can use CapCut or similar video editing software.
  • Good written and communication skills to assist with social media captions and basic content writing.
  • Understanding of email marketing platforms and digital campaign tools is a plus.
