About the Role

The Product Manager will lead the discovery, definition, and delivery of product solutions that drive value for our customers and business. With a strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, this role is pivotal in bringing our product strategy to life, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable outcomes through high-quality products that support Ofload's growth.

What You'll Do

• Own the roadmap: Define and deliver product initiatives aligned with company strategy
• Lead discovery & research: Use data, user insights, and stakeholder input to shape solutions
• Drive execution: Work with tech, design, and ops from ideation through launch and iteration
• Collaborate deeply: Partner across internal teams (Tech, Design, Ops, Finance) and external stakeholders (Shippers & Carriers)
• Manage integrations: Define requirements and oversee implementation of 3rd party tools (when applicable)

• Skilled at delivery: clear goals, prioritisation frameworks, and execution
• Analytical and creative: grounded in data but not afraid to innovate
• A growth mindset: proactive, self-driven, and resilient in fast-paced environments
