Your role at St John of God Health Care

You will manage administration of doctors training programs, also providing administration support within the Patient Experience and Clinical Experience (PEaCE) team if required.

The Position

  • Ownership of STP financial agreements.

  • Liaising with colleges regarding funding agreements.

  • Reviewing contracts and checking to Trainee database to ensure Positions and funding has not changed from previous year.

  • Preparing document execution forms for GDMS&CG, Group Finance and Group Legal.

  • Submitting contracts to Group Legal by creating E-LIF request.

  • Maintain filing system for executed agreements.

  • Maintain STP Contract Tracker/Log.

  • Communicate effectively with all customers and patients using the appropriate channels, utilising appropriate formal and informal channels of communication.

You will have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to set priorities and meet multiple deadlines. Also, with an ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

You will be flexible and be able to work on your own or as a member of a team with attention to detail and confidentiality.

  • Salary: $85,508 to $87,204 pro rata, per annum, plus 11% superannuation

  • Based at our Perth CBD with flexible work from home options.

  • Part-time Role at 45.6 hours per fortnight
