The Opportunity 

We're looking for a strategic and solutions-focused Salesforce Functional Consultant Lead to drive the evolution of our Salesforce platform and deliver impactful business outcomes.

In this key role, you'll lead the design, configuration, and optimisation of Salesforce solutions that support our growth and enhance user experience. You'll work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions, manage integrations, and oversee release cycle. You'll ensure the platform runs smoothly and delivers value every day.

About You

You're a confident Salesforce professional with a strong functional background and a passion for solving complex business challenges through technology. You're comfortable leading initiatives, engaging stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement.

You'll ideally bring:

  • A Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
  • Additional certifications such as Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Sales/Service Cloud Consultant (highly regarded)
  • Experience delivering Salesforce-based customer portals, including AI (Einstein) features like intelligent case routing, personalised recommendations, and predictive analytics
  • A track record in roles such as Salesforce Platform Lead, Functional Consultant, Digital Product Owner, or Salesforce Analyst
  • Proven success in medium to large-scale CRM or technology deployments
  • Several years of hands-on experience as a Platform Administrator, Lead, Owner, or Consultant in the Salesforce ecosystem
