Your new role
At QBE, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. As a Case Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting injured individuals through their recovery journey, while fostering trusted relationships with all stakeholders involved.
In this role, you will:
Provide compassionate and high-quality customer service that makes a real difference.
Grow your expertise by navigating a variety of complex and rewarding challenges.
Build strong, supportive relationships with customers, guiding them through each step of their recovery.
Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic work environment.
Manage end-to-end claims with the support and mentorship of experienced leaders.
About you
You're someone who genuinely cares about making a difference—delivering informed, empathetic, and customer-focused support with patience and professionalism. To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
Experience in insurance claims or allied health (highly regarded).
A strong customer-first mindset and a genuine desire to help others.
Resilience and the ability to remain composed to ensure you are able to support people during vulnerable moments.
Confidence in making sound decisions and taking ownership of outcomes.
Excellent active listening skills and the ability to guide customers through the claims journey with clarity and care.
Solid computer literacy and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies.
