Cook / Chef – The Quadrant Café, West Lindfield

The Quadrant Café in West Lindfield is looking for a passionate Cook/Chef to join our team. We're a community favourite known for specialty coffee, wholesome seasonal food, and a buzzing breakfast and lunch crowd.

About the role:

  • Prepare and cook delicious breakfast and lunch dishes with care and consistency
  • Contribute to seasonal specials and menu development
  • Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and running smoothly
  • Bonus if you've baked before – we love our muffins, cakes, and slices
  • Work closely with the team to deliver quality food in a fast-paced café

About you:

  • You're passionate about cooking and proud of the food you create
  • Experience in a café or restaurant kitchen is preferred
  • Baking skills are a big plus (but not essential)
  • Reliable, efficient, and able to work well under pressure
  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
