We are based in Queensland and supply Doctors, Registered Nurses, Registered Paramedics, Emergency Services Officers and Security Officers to a diverse range of worksites.
The Role
We are currently seeking a dynamic HR professional to join our growing team. You will gain exposure all areas of HR across the business including investigations, disciplinary proceedings, mediation and change management. When not directly supporting HR you will provide admin support the NDIS side of the business currently going through a growth stage
What you'll be doing
- Administer HR processes, including onboarding, employee records, training and development, performance management, investigation assistance, disciplinary proceedings, mediation and change management.
- Ensure NDIS, Fair Work and Award compliance and adherence to relevant legislation, policies and procedures
- Provide administrative support to the NDIS team, including scheduling, data management and reporting
- Assist with the coordination of client meetings, case conferences and other NDIS-related activities
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to address queries and resolve issues
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR and NDIS processes and systems
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in an HR generalist or administrative role, preferably in the NDIS or healthcare sector
- Excellent knowledge of HR compliance requirements and best practices
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is highly desirable
