About the Business:

Statewide Property Services (WA) is located in Bayswater and has been operating in WA for over 15 years. Statewide Property Services consists of a highly trained team of hoarding installers and trade assistants and specialized contractors in the supply and installation of Engineer Certified temporary hoarding systems along with completing commercial defits & strip outs.

Work Locations:

Working mostly in the main warehouse located in Bayswater  work may also include on site at retail shopping centres, commercial buildings, airports, hotels, casinos and building sites across Western Australia.

We are seeking to employ a casual hoarding labourer to join our team with a view to full time works after the probation period. Full training will be provided in the TITAN Hoarding System. The labouring aspect of the role includes working closely with the on-site leading hand installers to ensure successful installs.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Preparing materials in the warehouse ready for installation
  • Loading and unloading trucks and keeping the warehouse clean and organized
  • Assisting the installers with job set up and installation.
  • Dismantle hoarding equipment once the job is completed
  • Manual handling and heavy lifting

To be successful for this role you will have the following:

  • Willing to learn new skills with training provided
  • Warehouse experience (desirable but not essential)
  • Be physically fit, reliable and hard working
  • Ability to use power and hand tools
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Clean and tidy, well presented with good communication skills,
  • Able to listen and take advice
  • Carpentry experience (desirable but not essential)
