Make an Impact in Your Community
As a Team Manager, you'll play a key leadership role—coaching and developing a team of Analysts and Account Managers while driving capability uplift across the business. Your team will support frontline bankers managing customers with complex financial needs and turnover between $15M–$150M. You can be based in either Rockhampton, Bundaberg, Mackay or Hervey Bay
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example in delivering best-practice service and ensuring credit and compliance standards are met.
- Build strong relationships with peers, stakeholders, and business partners to meet evolving business needs.
- Champion a customer-centric culture focused on responsive, professional service that drives positive NPS outcomes.
- Ensure frontline staff have the capability to deliver exceptional service within a compliant framework.
- Identify and assess business risks, sharing insights to support continuous improvement.
- Foster a productivity mindset and implement practical process enhancements.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a Team Manager who can engage, guide, and inspire their team. You'll support your people to achieve their goals and cultivate a culture of accountability.
To be successful, you'll bring:
- Experience as a senior analyst or banker with strong credit and risk capabilities.
- Leadership experience or a clear development path toward leadership, backed by a track record of high performance.
- Deep financial services knowledge, including sales and/or risk roles.
- Strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to build lasting relationships.
