Bendigo Goldfields Macedon Ranges, Australia TVSA Pilot Training Full time $75,000 per year

We are a CASA approved Part 142 Pilot Training School as well as a RTO Training Organisation that is a VSL Provider, located at Bacchus Marsh.

We are looking for a dedicated sales person who has abundant experience in sales, and can research and develop marketing opportunities and implement new sales plans. You will be responsible for the company sales strategies and be the first contact of leads to the company in different ways.

Key attributes and experience:

  • Knowledge with Google ads, Facebook ads and SEO campaigns
  • Enthusiastic on sales and customers
  • Strong work ethics and wanting to be a part of the company, and help it grow.
  • Ability to deal with pressure, and overcome challenges.

The role includes, but is no limited to:

  • Be the first point of contact for all sales enquiries related to accredited and non-accredited training
  • Ensure all leads are followed up within specified timeframes
  • Maintain the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Pipedrive
  • Organise enrolment screening appointments with potential students
  • Schedule social media posts and respond to comments
  • Regularly review and update the website
  • Organise paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram Ads, and YouTube)
  • Work with the management team to establish relationships with high schools and universities to promote products and potential pathways
  • Develop fresh ideas for marketing and promoting our products
  • Organise and co-ordinate open days and information sessions

This position is based at the Bacchus Marsh Aerodrome.

The potential starting salary for this role is $75K. to be reviewed after the probation period (6 months)
