Senior Dynamics 365 Developer | Own & Modernise a Platform

What you'll be doing:

  • Taking full technical ownership of the mission-critical Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
  • Analysing, refactoring, and remediating legacy code to align with modern best practices.
  • Designing and developing new solutions using C#, JavaScript, and the full Power Platform suite (including Power Pages).
  • Building and managing CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps to automate deployments.
  • Collaborating directly with the CTO, Solution Architect, and business leaders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

What you'll bring to the team:

  • 5-7+ years of hands-on experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Developer.
  • Expert-level skills in C#, JavaScript, and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and ideally Power Pages).
  • Proven experience with the D365 Sales and Customer Service modules - essential.
  • Strong experience with Azure DevOps for source control and CI/CD.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and proactively.

  • A competitive salary of $160,000 - $170,000 + Super.
  • An annual bonus of 7.5% based on company and individual performance.
  • Hybrid working model (50% from the Sydney office).
