About the Engagement

Azooa will provide professional services, expertise, and consultancy under
RFQTS PCS-03130
to support ASIC's enterprise transformation using Dynamics 365.

Start Date:
December 2025

Initial Term:
12 months

Extension:
Up to 12 months (24 months potential)

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid – available across QLD, WA, ACT, VIC, NSW, NT, SA and TAS

Security Clearance:
Australian Government Baseline (must hold or be eligible)

Dynamics 365 Solution Architect

Purpose

Provide architecture leadership for the design and delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring alignment with ASIC's enterprise landscape.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture and integration strategy across D365, Power Platform and Azure.
• Produce architecture artefacts, patterns and interface specifications.
• Lead design assurance, governance and technical quality.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver secure solutions.

Experience Required

• 8 + years designing and implementing Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Proven Power Platform and Azure integration expertise.
• Enterprise-scale project delivery experience.
• Eligibility for Baseline clearance.

Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

Purpose

Work with ASIC stakeholders to capture requirements and design business-aligned Dynamics 365 solutions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and document functional requirements.
• Map and optimise business processes to D365 modules (Sales, Service, Finance, Operations).
• Create user stories and configuration workbooks.
• Support testing and change adoption.

Experience Required

• 5 + years in Dynamics 365 functional roles.
• Strong knowledge of CRM/ERP and Power Platform.
• Excellent stakeholder and documentation skills.
• Eligibility for Baseline clearance.

Dynamics 365 Developer / Engineer

Purpose

Design and develop custom solutions that extend Dynamics 365 capabilities to meet ASIC's business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Build plugins, workflows and Power Automate flows using C#, JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Configure entities, forms and dashboards.
• Integrate D365 with other systems via Azure and REST APIs.
• Support testing and release management.

Experience Required

• 5 + years developing Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript and Azure services.
• Familiar with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Eligibility for Baseline clearance.

Implementation / Deployment Specialist

Purpose

Coordinate environment setup, deployment and release management for Dynamics 365 solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage build and release pipelines through Azure DevOps.
• Maintain environment integrity and configuration documentation.
• Support testing, transition and operational readiness activities.

Experience Required

• 4 + years in Dynamics 365 deployment or environment management.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and automated pipelines.
• Detail-oriented with strong coordination skills.
• Eligibility for Baseline clearance.
