We're Hiring: Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

Ultra Dynamix (UDX) is growing and we're looking for an experienced
Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant
to join our team delivering major Federal Government transformation programs.

This role is open across
all Australian states and territories
, with hybrid flexibility:


New South Wales (NSW)


Victoria (VIC)


Queensland (QLD)


Australian Capital Territory (ACT)


South Australia (SA)


Western Australia (WA)


Tasmania (TAS)


Northern Territory (NT)

Remote + occasional onsite days depending on project needs.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead functional workshops & interpret complex business requirements
  • Design end-to-end
    Dynamics 365 Customer Service (CE)
    solutions
  • Produce process maps, data models, functional specs & user journeys
  • Configure D365 CE and guide customisation decisions
  • Collaborate with architects, developers, testers & business SMEs
  • Support UAT, training, and stakeholder engagement
  • Work within agile delivery teams to drive high-quality outcomes

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as a
    Senior Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant
  • Deep understanding of D365 CE configuration & solution design
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience delivering in
    Agile
    environments
  • Microsoft certifications (advantageous)
  • Must be an Australian Citizen
    (required for federal onboarding)
