What You'll Do

  • Create engaging, play-based learning experiences that support each child's growth and well-being.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
  • Work collaboratively with fellow educators to achieve the best outcomes for children and families.
  • Represent and promote our centre in line with Catholic Early EdCare's values and philosophy.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to continue growing your skills and knowledge.
  • Build meaningful relationships with families, colleagues, and the wider community.

Job Requirements:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
  • Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
  • Knowledge and understanding of the childcare industry practices including legislative requirements and quality frameworks.
  • A passion for the education and care of children aged 6 weeks -Kindergarten aged in a play-based learning environment.
  • Effective workplace communication skills
  • Willingness to take the Child Protection Training
