As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the day to day and long-term operational performance of Findon Swim School. Your leadership will drive consistency, quality and continuous improvement across our programs, systems and our overall customer experience.

One day of weekend work required, hours of work involve week day evenings.

Management

  1. Be an active contributor in our Strategic and Operational Management teams

Operational Skills

  1. Systems management, development, implementation and monitoring
  2. Data entry, IClass Pro Software, RosterElf and Microsoft Office software
  3. Enhanced technical skills
  4. Marketing development (Loomly/Facebook and Publisher experience would be very beneficial)

This important role will need occasional travel between our three locations.
