**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Utilise your passion for the dental industry and patient care in this pivotal role as a Practice Manager. You will take responsibility for the key performance areas that make the practice successful while working alongside the team.
**ABOUT THE PRACTICE**
This is a fully integrated, multi-specialty dental group focused on acquiring and growing dental practices throughout Australia. This role is offering a unique opportunity to grow and upskill with the practice long-term.
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Demonstrated ability in effectively managing staff, patients and visitors
- High process improvement focus
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Implementing and maintaining stock orders and staff rosters
- Liaising with the marketing manager to drive initiatives
- Financial administration: Relating the patient statistics to revenue generation and marketing patient monitors to measure success
- Ensuring standard operating procedures are followed and monthly reporting accurately covers KPI's adherence
