On the back of several project wins in the Eastern States, we are looking for a dynamic Drainage Package Lead with experience in Rail projects to drive drainage design excellence across a variety of rail projects. If you're passionate about engineering innovation, collaboration, and mentoring the next generation of talent, this is the role for you

What You'll Do:
- Lead drainage design deliverables across all project stages, including surface water management, stormwater management, and subsurface drainage.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster technical growth.
- Prepare and review high-level technical reports and specifications.
- Apply safety-in-design principles and industry standards.
- Collaborate across disciplines and global teams to deliver outstanding outcomes.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or related.
- Chartered Professional Engineer status.
- 9+ years of experience in drainage design, ideally in rail.
- Current competencies with relevant Rail Authorities (e.g. MTM, V/Line, ARTC, RPEQ).
- A balance of technical excellence, innovation, and delivery focus.
