About The Role
Consultants within Atmos Readiness play a crucial role in supporting our clients to become more cyber resilient.

As advisors, our team makes a meaningful impact, providing our clients with market leading cyber resilience, cyber security and privacy risk reduction support.

This role would suit a graduate lawyer with incident response and / or cyber security experience. Prior work experience in a consulting firm and/or corporate in-house experience in a cyber role is preferred.

Our work is fast paced, so you will develop core skills and experience at a much faster rate compared to some other firms. Our consultants are supported by a more senior role but are heavily involved in all aspects of client work. This gives our people the opportunity to make a significant contribution to successful outcomes.

The Partners and Directors encourage all members of the team to foster client relationships and regular opportunities are provided for the team to engage in business development.

You will work with clients large and small across all sectors, as well as partners, lawyers, cyber consultants and crisis communications professionals across our network of offices in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adeliade, and Auckland.

Responsibilities
You will provide crucial support to our senior staff within the Cyber Advisory team to:

  • Deliver incident response related engagements, such as developing plans and playbooks, participating in simulation exercises, evaluating cyberattacks etc.
  • Deliver client-facing engagements using common cyber security and business continuity frameworks, such as ISO27001, ISO22301, NIST etc.
  • Advise clients on cyber resilience, cyber security and privacy risk reduction and remediation activities.
  • Participate in sales initiatives with clients to generate leads and sales.
  • Maintain client relationships and grow contact points.
  • Support the Cyber Advisory team with administrative tasks to create efficient processes.

Key Skills And Experience

  • Stakeholder management skills with the ability to work closely across various complementary functional teams.
  • Strong time management skills and an ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
