Located just outside Gumeracha, it is approximately 30 minutes from Adelaide's CBD and the Barossa Valley, making it a convenient and picturesque destination.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager located in the Greater Adelaide Area. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, including staff management, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage service. Responsibilities include training staff, coordinating with the kitchen, managing inventory, and handling customer inquiries and complaints. The Restaurant Manager will also play a key role in promoting the restaurant and cellar door offerings.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Hiring and Training staff
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage service
  • Leadership and Team Management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Wine Knowledge and/or Wine Background preferred
