About the Role

Yerrabi Ponds by Busy Bees is seeking a passionate Educator to join our warm and welcoming team on a part-time basis (22.8 hours per week / 3 days).

As an Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where every child feels valued and inspired to learn. You will:

  • Deliver high-quality education and care aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

  • Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

  • Support the Lead Educator in implementing and evaluating the educational program.

  • Maintain a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment that fosters curiosity and growth.

  • Work collaboratively with a team committed to providing outstanding early learning experiences.

What You'll Need

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved).

  • Current ACT Working with Vulnerable People Registration (WWVP).

  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (HLTAID012).

  • A genuine passion for early education and supporting children's learning and development.

  • Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
