The role

We currently have a permanent, full-time opportunity available for a Product and Service Analyst.

As our Product and Service Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of GESB's superannuation, retirement, and insurance products.

A day in the life of this role will see you:

  • Assisting in analysing member data and market trends to inform product enhancements, preparing detailed documentation, and coordinating with service providers to ensure smooth delivery and compliance
  • Monitoring performance metrics, resolve operational issues, and work closely with internal teams and external partners to implement changes and improve processes

As part of the broader Member Experience business unit, you will be part of the Product and Servicing team, reporting directly to our Senior Product Manager. GESB's Member Experience business unit is passionate about delivering a positive member experience; by providing members with help, support, guidance, products, and tools relevant to them wherever they are on their retirement journey.

If you are dynamic, detail-oriented, and love blending data analysis, stakeholder engagement, and governance to deliver products and services that genuinely enhance the member experience, then this is your role.
