What you'll be doing

  • Cutting, trimming, and preparing a variety of meat products to customer specifications
  • Providing excellent customer service, offering advice and recommendations on meat selection.
  • Maintaining and following all health and safety protocols and cleaning
  • Assisting with inventory management and stock replenishment

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a fully qualified Butcher, with a strong understanding of meat cutting techniques.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, generally Mon-Fri. Occasionally a Saturday.
