Peli's is seeking a passionate, hard working professional with management experience. You will be expected to have exceptional presentation of yourself and a professional, energetic approach to your work. We are a fast paced high volume restaurant with a focus on attention to detail for both service and food. All staff are expected to cultivate great relationships with our team to maintain a healthy working environment.

Key duties:

  • Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation
  • deliver superior guest services
  • wine knowledge of Australia and international varieties. Be able to maintain and grow current wine program
  • organise and supervise shifts
  • manage and lead staff
  • oversee stock inventory
  • manage restaurant supplies
  • implement strategies to improve productivity and sales

Key requirements and relevant qualifications:

  • extensive food and wine knowledge
  • computer literacy
  • strong leadership, motivational and people skills
  • critical thinker and problem solver
  • great interpersonal and communication skills
