We’re looking for an awesome person with experience across the full digital marketing landscape to help us take the good word of Young Henrys to the people

We need someone with a strong background in digital strategy, social media platforms/ algorithms, community management and e-commerce. You’ll be responsible for developing digital content and roll out plans to support brand and product campaigns, as well as always-on digital marketing campaigns, among other things.

The role will require you to work across the life of each project, from strategy through to creative development and creation, planning and scheduling of content, channel monitoring, and post-campaign analysis.

Experience creating/editing content, as well as briefing/working with content partners is needed, as well as using a range of digital platforms and being up to date with the latest trends and shifts in social media platforms.

Essentials:

- A track record of creating successful, creative, integrated and data driven digital strategies on a national level
- Great taste in music.
- Experience leading content strategy, including creating editorial calendars, creation and curation of unique content for a variety of content platforms.
- Understanding of audience acquisition best practices.
- A passion for keeping across the latest developments in social media.
- Solid knowledge of a range of digital platforms including Squarespace, Shopify, Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Sprout Social & DotDigital (or similar content scheduling and reporting tools)
- Demonstrated experience managing a range of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, Youtube and TikTok.
- Ability to analyze, manage and deliver paid campaigns across social media platforms through a funnelled marketing approach.
- A background in working with lifestyle brands, such as alcohol, fashion, publishing etc.
- Experience writing editorially for different online mediums.
- Experience in E-commerce is desirable.
- A love of beer, cider or gin, hospitality and good times in general.
