Join Our Team at Black Bear Fulfillment

Black Bear Fulfillment, a leading E-commerce 3PL warehouse, is expanding its team and looking for dedicated, enthusiastic individuals to fill several key positions. We have immediate openings for multiple Order Packing roles and one Returns Processing role.

Available Positions:

  • Order Packing (multiple positions available)

Hours:

  • Packing - 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday
  • Overtime opportunities available

Key Responsibilities:

Order Packing:

  • Accurately pack customer orders with attention to detail, guided by barcoded scanning
  • Ensure all orders meet quality standards and are shipped in line with KPIs
  • Handle various products and packaging materials

Requirements:

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Capability to meet strict deadlines and KPIs
  • A proactive work ethic with the ability to take initiative
  • General warehouse duties, including cleaning, sorting, barcoding, etc.
  • Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required
