As a Digital Imaging Officer, you'll oversee state mailroom operations, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of mail and documents, which is crucial for our customers' satisfaction and trust.

Your new role

  • Mailroom staff will be responsible for the mailroom operations, including provision of digital imaging services.
  • Batch physical loan settlement and mail documents in preparation for digital imaging.
  • Receive and process incoming mail: open envelopes, flatten documents, and remove staples.
  • Capture and verify metadata from scanned images using our application.
  • Classify documents accurately, investigating and inputting missing metadata from other systems.
  • Work with OBP & WFN systems, handling both retail and broker documents.

Short-term assignment with full-time business hours provided.

Working 100% on site at 3 Parramatta Square, Parramatta, NSW.

Hourly rate: $35.15 per hour plus superannuation.
