We are seeking an Engagement & Support Coordinator with a strong administrative and customer facing background to join our growing team in Brooklyn, VIC.

As an Approved Employer for the PALM Program, this is an exciting opportunity to provide support to our new team members.

About the Role:

You'll play an important part in providing end-to-end support and pastoral care for new and existing employees, assisting with accommodation, transport, shopping, banking, and communications. Part of the role will also support process improvements and maintain accurate data records for immigration and reporting.

About You:

We're looking for a highly organized, customer-focused individual with a strong administrative background.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience in a similar administrative or customer service role, ideally with a high-volume blue-collar workforce.
  • A calm and customer-focused approach in difficult situations.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-skill, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the PALM Scheme or any other similar programs will be an advantage
