Green Light Australia are looking to engage a hands on Windows Architect with strong SCCM and Intune experience to join their team. You will be running design workshops for Windows 11 to building and validating the SOE including configuration to executing the migration approach.

Some key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the design and architecture of the Windows 11 migration strategy, incorporating SCCM and Intune.
  • Develop and document policies, standards, and procedures for Windows 11 deployment.
  • Assess current Windows 10 environment and plan for seamless transition to Windows 11.
  • Design and oversee application migration strategies and compatibility assessments.
  • Build and validate the SOE, define and execute the migration approach (Windows 10 to Windows 11),
  • Collaborate with customer stakeholders to build consensus and present architectural decisions.
  • Provide technical consulting and guidance throughout the preplanning phase.
  • Potentially support hands-on migration tasks during rollout, while maintaining a strategic focus.

To be shortlisted, you require the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in similar roles as Windows Architect for large complex environments.

  • Must have hold an active/valid NV1 security clearance or higher

  • Proven experience in Windows 10/11 migration projects at an enterprise level.

  • Deep expertise in with SCCM (eg. set up) and Intune (eg. device configuration)
  • Strong background in desktop architecture, policy design, and application migration.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Strong documentation and presentation skills.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
