FRONT OFFICE MANAGER

North West Realty have a full-time position for a Front Office Manager for an immediate start in our busy office located in the City Centre of Karratha.

Skills and Experience:

  • A great attitude, must be computer literate and have reception experience
  • Minimum 6-12 months reception experience required
  • High level of customer service and excellent rapport building and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work within a team environment and autonomously
  • Must have experience with accounts
  • Accounts payable/receivable experience required
  • Must have current Driver's License
  • Must have Australian work rights

The Role:

  • Operation of REST, Filesmart, Excel and Word programmes
  • Answering the telephone and directing calls appropriately
  • Taking messages as required
  • Answering all reception enquiries and directing to appropriate department
  • Electronic filing
  • Photocopying
  • Collection and delivery of mail
  • Maintaining, ordering and stocking stationery supplies
  • Operation of electronic key delivery and ensure all outstanding keys are returned at the end of each day
  • Keeping the reception area clean and tidy
  • Maintenance and operation of Karratha Self Storage database
  • Assisting the Business Operations Manager with accounts on a daily basis
