TOTAL Fitness is raising the standard in the fitness industry. We are more than just a gym, we are an innovative and dynamic brand creating an inspiring environment for both members and staff.
We are currently looking for a Weekend Membership Consultant / Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our club and help drive our growing community.
The Role
In this role, you will:
• Greet members and visitors, creating a welcoming environment
• Drive new memberships through tours and sales conversations
• Support members with enquiries, bookings, and general assistance
• Manage reception tasks including phone, email, and walk-ins
• Assist with social media engagement and basic admin
• Contribute to a positive, high-energy club culture
You must be available to work every weekend (Saturday and Sunday). Hours may vary.

• Confident, people-focused, and sales-minded
• Friendly and professional with excellent customer service skills
• A reliable, proactive team player who enjoys working with others
• Passionate about fitness and eager to share that with members
• Strong communicator with basic computer literacy
• Previous customer service or sales experience is highly regarded
