About the role

Wistari Pool Solutions is seeking a permanent part-time Pool Service Technician to join our team in Boyne Island, QLD (progression to full time possible.) As a Pool Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing residential and commercial swimming pools, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and functionality.

What you'll be doing

  • Conducting regular pool inspections and testing water quality
  • Performing pool cleaning, including skimming, vacuuming, and brushing
  • Maintaining and repairing pool equipment, such as pumps, filters, and chlorinators
  • Advising customers on pool maintenance and providing recommendations
  • Maintaining detailed records of all pool service activities
  • Ensuring strict compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

  • Relevant experience as a Pool Service Technician or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of pool maintenance, water chemistry, and equipment operation
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • Must hold a valid open driver's licence
