Our client is a highly respected, family-oriented pool service business with a reputation for professionalism, reliability, and exceptional customer care. They're now looking for a hands-on, motivated individual to join their growing team in Cairns.

About the Role:

In this practical and rewarding role, you'll be responsible for servicing and maintaining swimming pools for both residential and commercial clients. You'll receive full training to gain accreditation and become a qualified Pool Technician.

  • Clean and maintain swimming pools and spas
  • Test and balance water chemistry
  • Diagnose and assist with pool equipment repairs and replacements
  • Deliver friendly, professional customer service
  • Maintain a clean and organised vehicle and equipment
  • Represent the company with integrity and reliability
About You:

You may already have experience in pool care, landscaping, construction, or another outdoor trade — but most importantly, you're someone who's reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.

This role will suit someone who is physically fit, enjoys hands-on work in all weather conditions, and wants to build a stable future for themselves and their family.

  • Open driver's license (essential)
  • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the business
  • Experience in a similar industry (landscaping, construction, maintenance) is desirable but not essential
  • Current Police Clearance Certificate or willingness to obtain one prior to commencement
