Sales Design Consultant

Edge Tile + Stone pride themselves on customer service relations and the ability to meet new or existing client expectations. Due to continued growth and a commitment to be a market leader in our industry, we are currently looking for a Sales Design Consultant to join our team.
The successful candidate will have an outgoing personality with a customer service focused design mind and available to work 4-5 days/pw (must be available to work Saturdays 8:30pm-2pm)
Responsibilities:
• Sales and customer service, assisting retail customers, builders, and designers in product selection.
• Raise quotations, prepare schedule, and action amendments.
• Read, interpret, and measure floor plans / elevations.
• Liaise with builders, designers & architects to keep them informed of latest products and trends.
• Order processing and sales phone support.
• In-house software program, with training provided (Cleartile).
• General showroom maintenance.
Edge Tile + Stone have been operating in the same premises for 33 years. We are a family run & owned company with a great team environment. Previous experience in a similar industry is advantageous but not required. If you think you've got what it takes, apply now
