In a nutshell... Our Sales Consultants are responsible for supporting our Store Managers in running the day-to-day operations of the store in addition to leading and developing a team while contributing to strategy to optimise sales, customer experience and store performance.

Here's what we'd love to see from you:

  • Previous driven sales experience and able to think outside the box
  • The ability to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales
  • The ability to educate yourself and our customers about our products, and how our products can help customers meet their goals
  • An active interest in Barbecue or would love to learn more
  • A self-starter with proven experience in multi-tasking, teamwork and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Great IT skills and a fast learner
  • Previous experience working with fireplaces would also be very advantageous however, not essential – more importantly, are you willing to learn & love our products and drive sales?
  • Availability to work a full-time roster
