As Store Manager/salon coordinator at Tranquility Beauty and Wellness, the role involves leading and creating a welcoming and inspiring environment. Day-to-Day Responsibilities at Tranquility Beauty and Wellness:

• Inspire, guide, and support a passionate team of beauty and wellness professionals, nurturing a harmonious and uplifting salon environment.

• Elevate client experiences by leading ongoing staff training, driving service excellence, coordinating seasonal promotions, and ensuring a beautifully presented space.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, handling feedback professionally.

• Manage booking and Timely POS systems with accuracy and efficiency. Assist with budgeting, cash handling, and payroll as needed. Support recruitment, on boarding, and mentoring of new team members.

• Maintain flexibility with work hours, including weekends and special events.

• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), coordinate growth initiatives, and manage individual team member performance through regular reviews and targeted support.

• Track service bookings, retail performance, and client feedback to identify trends and implement strategies that support business growth.

• Oversee the smooth operation of the salon, including stock management, visual presentation, and maintaining a serene and professional atmosphere.

• Uphold salon standards by ensuring all practices comply with health, safety, and operational guidelines.

• Partner with marketing and client engagement teams to ensure salon initiatives reflect brand values and contribute to overall business success.

What we're Looking For:

• A minimum of 5 years' hands-on salon experience, ensuring a deep understanding of both client expectations and team dynamics.

• Proven leadership experience in a salon or retail environment, with a solid foundation in beauty therapy (essential).

• A calm, composed presence with a proactive, hands-on approach to managing daily salon operations.

• Natural confidence in guiding and inspiring a team, with the ability to communicate clearly and constructively.

• A practical, can-do attitude and the willingness to step in wherever needed to support the team.

• A values-led leader who prioritizes both people and performance, creating a space where clients and staff alike feel supported and empowered.
