Position Overview:

We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Assistant to support our daily business activities. You'll play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly, working closely with multiple departments, including content, marketing, and partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, email handling, and file organization
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and documentation
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams and external partners
  • Support project tracking and deadline follow-ups
  • Help maintain and optimize internal processes

  • Previous remote work experience is a plus
